6th Canadian Fall Prevention Conference – 2025

Taking action to prevent injury
Co-hosts Parachute and KITE/UHN hosted the first in-person Canadian Fall Prevention Conference in six years. The event will highlighted new research and knowledge, explored the implementation of promising practices, and examined cross-cutting issues to prevent and mitigate the impact of falls and falls-related injuries on diverse populations.
Supported by CIHR’s Institutes of Aging and Musculoskeletal Health and Arthritis, the 2025 Canadian Fall Prevention Conference brought together healthcare professionals, academics, researchers, government representatives, public health/injury prevention and industry leaders working in fall prevention.
Held at the bright and spacious Bram & Bluma Appel Salon, Toronto Reference Library in downtown Toronto, this beautiful public venue is located at the crossroads of Bloor Street and Yonge Street, close to restaurants, sporting events, shopping, museums, and attractions.
